almonds chocolate spread

This recipe is very fast, about 10 minutes 

Free of cholesterol and rich in minerals and fibers

Doses for about 400 g of cream

200 g of dark chocolate 85%

100 g of almonds

150 g of brown cane sugar

70 ml of olive oil

170 ml of rice milk

a pinch of salt

 

Traditional mixer instructions

 

1 Place the chocolate in bain-marie

2 Place almonds, brown sugar and salt into the mixing bowl

3 Work the ingredients for 2 minutes until they become a powder 

4 Add the powder obtained to the chocolate

5 Add milk and oil

6 Cook the mixture over a gentle heat, turning with a spoon for about 5 minutes (until the cream is smooth and fluid)

7 Place the cream into a glass jar immediately

Let it cool at room temperature

Place in the fridge

 

Thermomix instructions

 

1 Place the chocolate in bain-marie

2 Place almonds, sugar and salt in the mug vel.4 for 10 sec, then vel. 10 for 15 sec

3 Add chocolate, milk and oil

4 Set 40 degrees 6 min. vel. 3

5 Place cream into a jar

Let it cool at room temperature

Put in the fridge
