Ingredients
bread
eggplant
vegan melting cheese
tomato sauce
oil
salt
spices of your choice
Method
oil the pan
cut the bread into slices
put it in the pan as a base
wash and cut the aubergines into slices of about 3 mm
put them on bread
(it is preferable to have slices of bread and slices of eggplant of the same size, so it will be easier to serve it once cooked)
create a layer of vegan cheese (sliced or grated it is the same, provided it is of the melting type)
put another layer of eggplant
put the tomato sauce as the final layer
bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes
